Intellectual Property Policy
Last updated: September 6, 2026
Senpai respects the intellectual property rights of others, including anime and manga rights holders, and expects the same from everyone who uses the app — including content made in Create and any avatar built in Senpai.
Reporting infringement
If you believe content on Senpai infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA):
{{DMCA_AGENT_NAME}}
Makeshift Software Inc.
{{DMCA_AGENT_ADDRESS}}
team@senpaiapp.com
Your notice should identify the copyrighted work, the material you believe infringes it, and how to contact you, along with a statement made under penalty of perjury that you're authorized to act on the rights holder's behalf.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice to the same contact identifying the removed content and why you believe it doesn't infringe.
Repeat infringers
We terminate the accounts of users found to be repeat infringers.
